A good break up advice will clearly help you get over the pain of breaking up with your love. Right after the break up is the most painful part of the whole thing. Though dealing with a break up is relatively easy, some people move on faster than others. It doesn’t matter if you are quick to move on or not. You can always find ways to help you get over the pain.
You will feel bad about wallowing in misery over your break up once you hear about the break up advice I have for you.
1. Make a list. Often, we’re inclined to focus only on the positive things of our former relationships after a breakup. This way of thinking will only make you pine for your lost love even more, and may make you think that the relationship was better than it was. Get out a sheet of paper as soon after the breakup as possible, and draw a line down the middle. On one side, write down all the good points you can think of about your relationship, and write down the bad points on the other side. If the bad points outweigh the good points, then you can be reassured that breaking up was probably a good idea.
2. Pamper yourself. What are the things you missed out on when you were still with your ex? As soon as you’ve broken up, go out and do those things. Indulge yourself. Pretty soon, you’ll be having such a great time re-connecting with the things you enjoy that you’ll wonder why you spent so long dating your ex in the first place.
3. Spend some time with your friends. Too often, people are inclined to sit at home alone after a breakup and avoid the world. This will always lead to moping and depression, and may even cause you to become obsessed with your ex (NEVER a good thing!). Go out with your friends as often as you can, even if you don’t feel like it. This will distract you from your feelings of despair and you’ll eventually start to have fun whether you intend to or not.
4. Don’t contact your ex. This is probably the most important piece of breakup advice you can get. You run the risk of thinking more about your ex when you constantly contact them. And most of the time, the ex will feel annoyed and even mad with these kind of things. When a relationship is done, it’s done for good, and it’s best to forget about it.
However, if your relationship ended due to a misunderstanding and deserves a second chance (and be honest with yourself here), then I want to share with you a powerful system that could win back the heart of your ex ” even if your situation seems hopeless.
